A large number of quilts were on display at the PEO Quilt Show on Friday and Saturday at the old Meeker elementary school downtown.

Obituary: George Sutton

George W. Sutton of Apache Junction, Ariz., passed away at hospice in Mesa, Ariz. on Sept. 3, 2013. His death was due to complications from a brain tumor.
