WRBM ramps up Fourth of July events

RANGELY I The Western Rio Blanco Metropolitan Recreation and Park District (WRBM) ramped up its Fourth of July offerings for the second year running, coming away with definite winners and plans to change timing details in the future.

Ethel Starbuck, 95, and Joe Sullivan, 93, took a brief stroll around the Rio Blanco County Courthouse lawn following Thursday’s annual Fourth of July Parade, which featured the two as grand marshals. Throughout today’s Herald Times are photos and stories on Range Call events.
