Relay for Life seeking survivors

RANGELY — Almost all of us know someone whose life has been affected or devastated by cancer. A special luminaria ceremony will be held at the Rio Blanco County “Relay for Life” Aug. 22 to remember those lost to cancer and honor those who have survived.
