Rangely boys place fifth at Basalt

RANGELY I The Rangely Panthers’ cross country team traveled to Basalt last Saturday for the Longhorn Invitational. The Rangely boys finished in fifth place. Rosalise Coombs, the Panther’s only female runner, is sidelined with a knee injury.
The boys’ team was lead by sophomore William Scoggins, who ran a personal best of 18:15 to finish second. Devin Williams dropped 3 minutes and 2 seconds from his race a week ago and finished in 19th place…
