4/02/2023 @ 5:35 pm. A report was called in of “some goats roaming the countryside not where they should be but also not quite in the road.”
4/04/2023 @ 4:14 pm. A business off Hwy 64 reported a generator and some drills that had been stolen from the property.
4/05/2023 @8:19 pm. Dispatch received an iPhone crash alert. Soon after, a call came in from the scene of a head-on crash on Hwy 13. Five people were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
4/06/2023 @10:38 am. An abandoned vehicle was reported at Napa Auto where it had been parked overnight. After further investigation, the owner has been sleeping in the back. He was taken inside and introduced to the Napa employee.
4/07/2023 @ 9:46 am. A party had reported that while he had been in the hospital, the friend who was taking care of his animals, had stolen his credit card and withdrew $600. The camera at the ATM identified the man and he was issued a summons for theft.
4/07/2023 @ 01:33 pm. It was reported that several rocks, including a large one in the middle of the road, were blocking part of County Road 8 at mile-marker 21. A deputy responded and moved the rocks off the highway.
4/08/2023 @ 10:02 am. A reporting party stated there was a substance spilled along the north side of Hwy 13 starting at Flat tops ending at the Airport Road. The substance was believed to be fertilizer.
