11/18/2024 @ 04:52 pm. A male party was cited for criminal trespass when he couldn’t pay his tow bill and was instead trying to retrieve his vehicle in a locked area.
11/19/2024 @ 07:32 am. A passerby picked up a male party and transported him to the ER. He stated he had been in an accident somewhere on County Road 77. The driver said he rolled his semi but was unable to give the exact location. After some investigation, the truck was located. The driver sustained minor injuries.
11/20/2024 @ 02:14 pm. Dispatch was alerted of a crash detection from a pickup and another vehicle on County Road 77. After a deputy arrived, it was reported that the pickup driver was unable to see due to the dust that was stirred up and struck the rear end of a semi. EMS responded and the driver was released with minor injuries.
11/21/2024 @ 09:48 am. Dispatch received a 911 call that ended up being a misdial from a fairly intoxicated individual. MPD responded and everything was 10-4.
11/22/2024 @ 04:23 pm. A two-vehicle crash occurred at the intersection of Highway 64 and County Road 7. A pickup was struck by a semi hauling pipe. One driver sustained minor injuries and was transported to the hospital. Colorado State Patrol is investigating the accident.
11/23/2024 @ 08:35 am. A homeowner called in to report a young deer that had jumped through the screen door and fell down the stairwell. The fall killed the poor little thing. The deer was removed from the home.
