ARRESTS
12/3/2025- A 35 year-old male was taken into custody during his court hearing for a warrant out of Mesa County. He was transported to jail and transferred to Mesa County Detentions for his warrant.
12/3/2025- A 28 year-old female was taken into custody for a Mesa County warrant. She was transported to jail and transferred to Mesa County Detentions for her warrant.
12/5/2025- A 36 year-old female was arrested for driving a vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol, controlled substance special offender, unlawful distribution, manufacturing, dispensing, sale or possession, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a controlled substance. She was transported to jail and released on a PR bond.
CALL SUMMARIES
11/30/2025 @ 3:50 pm. A caller reported a truck weaving all over the road and tailgating like it was a competitive sport. A deputy was able to locate the vehicle and after a chat-issued a warning to the driver.
11/30/2025 @ 10:59 pm. A van hit a deer at the 46 mile-marker on Highway 13 vehicle leaving the van disabled and driver with minor injuries.
12/3/2025 @ 8:20 am. Deputies responded to the season’s first snow-related slide-off. The vehicle had minimal damage and no injuries were reported. Winter driving is in fact “a thing.” Mother Nature: 1. Traction: 0
12/3/2025 @ 10:46 am. While on a routine donut retrieval mission at the local grocery store, a Meeker PD officer recognized a local female believed to have warrants, upon confirmation of warrants and safe delivery of said donuts to the Department offices, the officer then located and arrested the female on her outstanding warrants.
12/5/2025 @ 12:49 am. Meeker PD performed a routine traffic stop at 9th/Market that turned into an arrest for several offenses to include driving a vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
