10/27/2025 A 43-year-old male was arrested on 2nd degree assault. He was transported to jail.
11/02/2025 A 38-year-old male was arrested on a warrant out of Mesa County and possession of more than 5 lbs. of marijuana with intent to dispense, sell, or distribute.
CALL SUMMARIES
10/27/2025 @ 1:16 pm Sleepy Drive Through – A gentleman fell asleep at the Clark’s drive thru. When officers arrived, the man was still asleep blocking others from getting their hot and ready food. After officers checked on the man it was apparent that all he needed was an order of shut eye to go.
10/29/2025 @ 8:08 pm Served Papers – A deputy conducted a traffic stop due to a woman speeding. During the stop the officer connected the dots that the lady pulled over was the one he recently tried to serve papers on. She left with a citation and some extra paperwork.
10/30/2025 @ 4:10 Caught Without a Costume – A stray dog got picked up just in time for the shelter’s Howl-o-ween party. No costume? No problem — he came as an inmate.
10/31/2025 @ 8:29 pm Highway Blanket Traveler- Deputies responded to reports of a person walking down Highway 64 wrapped in a blanket. The lady stated that she was headed to California and did not need any assistance. No further action was taken and it seems that she is headed for somewhere warmer.
10/31/2025 @ 2:04 pm Internet Fraud – A younger gentleman tried to purchase a vehicle online and hasn’t received the vehicle yet. A fraud report was taken and the gentleman was informed to not send any more money.
