New river access points at 3rd Street and 10th Street are ready for use and are great places to launch and land. Circle Park will be closed through the Fourth of July and into late summer for revegetation and final construction. The park is traditionally a popular location for river access and fireworks viewing, and while we recognize this is disappointing news for many, the closure is necessary to maintain safety and support long-term progress. All river users must refrain from exiting the river at Circle Park during construction. ERBM PHOTOS
