The Meeker S3DA Archery team traveled to Vernal, Utah last weekend to compete in the Western National Indoor competition, one of thirteen teams representing nine states. All of the Arrowbuster Teams in their respective age groups placed in the top three with intense competition and great shooting. Eli Bennet, Heath Bennet, Auri Murray and Jemma Bair placed third in their respective categories, with Eli and Jemma finishing their competitions with perfect rounds.
Alexandria Trout came in a close fourth place and shot her personal best for the season. Brighton Bair ended up second with several scholarship opportunities awarded. Congratulations to all competitors for their hard work during this season. Now they move on to outdoor 3D and target season and competition in the Colorado State 3D tournament in Grand Junction on May 6. Anyone is welcome to join.
