Softball wrapped up its season with two forfeits from Basalt. It was scheduled to be senior parents’ night for Hailey Knowles, Mykala Wille and Macy Ridgeway (above) and in the spirit of the evening the team honored the girls with their parents and ended the evening with a fun game of kickball.Final consensus rankings were released from CHSAA on Monday and the Meeker Cowboys were ranked 14th, which placed them in the 3A Region 7 bracket and hosted by University in Greeley. The first games in this bracket will be number three ranked University against number 30 Sierra followed by number 14 Meeker and number 19 Faith Christian.
If the Cowboys win their first game they will seal their spot in the top 16 teams and will make it to the state games. Courtesy Photo
