MEEKER — You don’t need a partner. You don’t need experience. You just need be ready to have fun. From Nov. 17-20 the Meeker Rec Center dance studio is the place to be from 6:45-7:45 p.m. as Kari Jo Stevens teaches western line dance.

MEEKER — Grab your goggles and gather at the MRC pool for a Holiday Swim Meet. Students in the Rec. District “Sea Turtle Big Dogs,”

n Free Pumpkins, Eats and Treats will be held on Friday, Oct. 31 and will include a costume contest, costume parade, trick or treating at downtown businesses and food. Participants should meet at the Meeker Elementary School at 5 p.m. for the costume judging at 5:15 p.m.

n Meeker Sand & Gravel is sponsoring Family Night Out at the Meeker Rec. Center. On Sunday, Oct. 26, from 6:30-8 p.m. the first 75 people of any age visiting the MRC will be admitted for free. All fitness room and pool amenities will be available.

MEEKER – The Aqua Volleyball League for ages 16 and older will be on Wednesdays, Oct. 1-Nov. 5, from 6-8 p.m. Cost is $50 per 4-8 person team. A $10 late fee will be assessed for registrations made after Oct. 1.
