Ribbon cutting …
Blanco Cellars and the Little Cheese Shop has relocated to 317 E. Market St. in Meeker. The Meeker Chamber of Commerce held an impromptu ribbon-cutting during the monthly tasting event last Thursday with owner Vanessa Trout. Blanco’s business hours are Tuesday through Friday from 12:30-6 p.m.

The Meeker Chamber of Commerce is the esteemed recipient of this year’s “Chicken,” awarded to one community by other participating Main Street communities. “I’m not sure how it all started, but it symbolizes that we are doing a great job,” said Chamber Executive Director Stephanie Kobald.
