Several RHS students named to Academic All-State teams
RANGELY I Several Rangely High School athletes have been named to the Colorado academic all-state teams by the Colorado High School Activities Association and one to the honorable mention list.
Slagle honored by DAR as good citizen
RANGELY I The Mount Garfield Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution in Grand Junction will honor students from Northwest Colorado area high schools, including a Rangely girl, as DAR Good Citizens at a ceremony and reception Jan. 11 in Grand Junction.

RANGELY | William Scoggins of Rangely has received the Freshman Tuition Merit Scholarship for the fall 2013 semester at Fort Lewis College in Durango. Scoggins’s major is engineering.
