Christmas tree dump site…
The Town of Rangely’s Christmas tree dump site on Purdy Road on Rangely’s northeast end doesn’t have any Christmas trees yet, but it soon could. The town is accepting discarded trees at the site until Jan. 15.

Rangely Council OKs OHVs on roads in town, not highway
RANGELY I The Rangely Town Council voted last week to replace sections of the town’s municipal code to allow off-highway vehicles (OHVs) on public roads.

Rangely: $1 million sewer grant
RANGELY I Rangely Town Planner Peter Brixius announced Friday that the town received a $1 million grant award for Phase II of the water treatment plant renovation from the Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) as recommended by the Energy and Mineral Impact Assistance Advisory Committee.
