BLM meeting about oil shale, tar sands

RBC | The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will host four public meetings in Colorado, Utah and Wyoming to answer questions about and solicit comments on the oil shale and tar sands draft programmatic environmental impact statement. The meetings will be held at 7 p.m. at the following locations and dates: Silt, Colo., March 12; Vernal, Utah, March 13; Salt Lake City, Utah, March 14; Rock Springs, Wyo., March 15.
