Brown’s Park Spring Dance free May 18

BROWN’S PARK | The public is invited to the free Brown’s Park Spring Dance, with country music provided by the John-Wayne Band, at Lodore Hall in Brown’s Park on May 18.
Doors will open at 5 p.m. with the dance beginning at 6:30 p.m. Cake walks, cake drawings and a silent auction are family activities planned for the evening, and food will also be available.
Sponsored by the Brown’s Hole Homemakers’ Club, a non-profit community organization, all donations go to support Lodore Hall and community events.
From Maybell, drive west on Highway 40, turn right on Highway 318 to Brown’s Park, turn for Historic Lodore Hall (County Road 114).
