MEEKER I Gabrielle Goettel of Meeker has been awarded a bachelor of arts degree in arts administration from Whitworth University in Spokane, Wash.

RBC I Victoria Phelan of Rangely, a junior at McPherson College in McPherson, Kan., has been named to the honorable mention honor roll for the fall 2013 term. Students earning a grade-point average from 3.25 to 3.54 are named to the honorable mention list.
