Notice is hereby given that on Monday September 28, 2015, the Rio Blanco
County Board of Adjustments will hold a public hearing beginning at 1:15
p.m. at the Rio Blanco County Administration Building, 200 Main Street,
Meeker, Colorado to consider the following:
Meeker West Tower Variance 15-04. Commnet is seeking a variance requiring
height of cell tower plus 10′ from nearest property line. Cell tower is
51’3” from the property line to the south. Cell tower is 195′ in height + 4′
for lightning rod. The property is located 1.5 Miles North of the

WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by arrangement with the Clerk of Court, a hearing to
appoint directors for the Yellow Jacket Water Conservancy District has been
set before the District Court for October 23, 2015 commencing at 2:00 p.m.
in the District Court Room, Rio Blanco Combined Court, 555 Main Street,
Meeker, Colorado. Any party interested in serving as a director must submit
an application and appear at the Rio Blanco County District court at such
time or contact undersigned counsel to participate by telephone. Directors
may serve in an at-large capacity where there is a vacancy in a particular
District and are not required to own property within a specific District.
Preference will be given to applicants owning property within a particular
District. The Districts for which applications will be considered are:

Rio Blanco, State of Colorado, calls for nomination of candidates for school directors to be placed on the ballot for the regular biennial school election to be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2015. At this election three (3) directors will be elected for four (4) year terms and one(1) director will be elected for the remainder of a two (2) year term. ORDINANCE 06-2015
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ANNEXATION
OF A PROPERTY SOMETIMES
KNOWN AS
CURTIS CREEK INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Meeker finds that all
property owners have petitioned for annexation of Curtis Creek Industrial
Park Properties (the PROPERTY) into the Town of Meeker; and
WHEREAS, the Meeker Planning Commission held a public hearing on the
annexation August 17, 2015; and
WHEREAS, the PROPERTY will be subject to the Annexation Agreement as agreed
upon by the Town and the property owners; and
WHEREAS, at a public hearing on August 18, 2015 the Board of Trustees found
and determined that it is in the best interest of the Town to annex said
area to the Town.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
MEEKER, as follows:
Section 1. On August 18, 2015, by a vote of 6 for and 0 against, the Board
of Trustees approved the petition for annexation of the PROPERTY
Section 2. The approval is for the PROPERTY as described in Exhibit A.

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A MAP
AMENDMENT TO THE TOWN OF MEEKER
ZONING MAP FORTHE CURTIS CREEK
INDUSTRIAL PARK DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, Curtis Creek Industrial Park property owners have applied for
approval of a Map Amendment to establish a LI (Light Industrial) zoning
designation on the Town of Meeker Zoning Map for the Curtis Creek Industrial Park Development lots; and
WHEREAS, the Meeker Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing on
this application and recommended approval; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees hereby determines that the application
complies with Town regulations; and
WHEREAS, Approval of this application vests certain rights as described in
Section 18.1.124 of the Meeker Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
MEEKER, as follows:
Section 1. The Board of Trustees approves the above-identified Map
Amendment.
INTRODUCED, PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Trustees of the
