2009 Rangely High School seniors Christian Holcomb and Jennifer Barlow (pictured) received the Colorado Elks National Foundation Scholarships in the amount of $500 each. Presenting the scholarship was Barb Widner of the Rangely Elks Lodge No. 1907. Holcomb will attend Mesa State College in Grand Junction, and Barlow will attend the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley.
