Kissling says he wants to sit as a Rangely town trustee in order to “make a difference and to work along side other members to better the community.”
Kissling, who describes himself as an outdoors, hunting and fishing enthusiast, moved to Rangely from the Uintah Basin in the early 1990s to take a job with Moon Lake Electric, where he is still employed today.
“I have lived in the community for 25 years and have served on both the chamber and town beautification boards,” Kissling said. “I also have experience working with members and businesses in the community through my employment with Moon Lake Electric.”
Kissling is one of 10 candidates vying for the three open trustee positions.
Voters will get the chance to make their choice on the ballot in April.
