MEEKER | Last Thursday the Meeker Cowboys traveled 60 miles over to the other side of the county to take on the Rangely Panthers. The rivalry game started off with the Cowboy ball where Addie Joy served consistently taking the Panther defense by surprise. The games went to three with the Cowboys ahead all three games.
The Cowboys also traveled to Kremmling the following day where they beat the Mustangs in three games on their homecoming. This week the Cowboys travel to Grand Junction to play Caprock and are home against Hotchkiss this Saturday before they gear up for homecoming next week. Some key players from this week were Bentley Berry, Kirstin Brown and Julia Dinwiddie.
