Ninth Dist. judicial review May 26 in Rifle

RBC I The 9th Judicial District Commission on Judicial Performance will hold a public hearing Wednesday, May 26 from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Garfield County Courthouse in Rifle, 200 West 18th St. The 9th Judicial District Judges scheduled to stand for retention in 2010 are: District Court Judge Gail Nichols, County Court Judge Jason Jovanovich, County Court Judge Paul Metzger, County Court Judge Erin Fernandez-Ely and County Court Judge Laurie Noble.
