Notification of Public Hearing before the Rangely Planning and Zoning Commission on February 19th, 2019 at 7:30A.M. at the Rangely Town Hall
The Rangely Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to consider The Walz Minor Subdivision being a Replat of Lots 5a and 5b of the Poole & Pilcher Subdivision Section 5, T1N, R101W of the 6th P.M. , Town of Rangely, Rio Blanco County, CO. The Walz Subdivision Plat can be viewed at the Main Office of the Town of Rangely at 209 E. Main Street in Rangely, Colorado.
The Public is invited to attend the Public Hearing and provide written or verbal comment on the proposed Walz Minor Subdivision.

C.Move to Approve/Deny a Permission Letter from the Board of County Commissioners of Rio Blanco County, Colorado to the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Town of Meeker authorizing the Lions Club to provide malt, vinous, and spirituous liquor on April 13, 2019, at the Fairfield Community Center, for the After Birth Ball.
D.Move to Approve/Deny a Permission Letter from the Board of County Commissioners of Rio Blanco County, Colorado to the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Town of Meeker authorizing the Lions Club to provide malt, vinous, and spirituous liquor on June 1, 2019, at the Fairfield Community Center, for the Old Timers’ Annual Meeting.
E.Move to Approve/Deny a letter from the Board of County Commissioners of Rio Blanco County, Colorado to the Colorado Department of Higher Education supporting the Northwestern Community College Foundation applying for the Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative Matching Student Scholarship Grand funding on behalf of Rio Blanco County.
F.Move to Approve/Deny a letter from the Board of County Commissioners of Rio Blanco County, Colorado to Elaine Chao, Secretary, U.S. Department of Transportation, supporting the FY 2019 INFRA Grant Application for the Colorado State Highway 13 Safety Project.
