MEEKER — First National Bank of the Rockies will offer a free seminar on detecting counterfeit currency for business owners, retail clerks and anyone who accepts cash during their normal course of business.
Susan Knezovich, FNBR securities and fraud specialist, will present the seminar Thursday, Sept. 25 at noon and again at 1 p.m. at Kilowatt Korner, 233 Sixth St. in Meeker.
“People who attend the seminar will learn how to protect their business from counterfeiters,” Knezovich said, “The techniques taught can easily be implemented with an FNBR currency pen, which will also be provided free.”
