Meeker Classic trial director Maym Cunningham and her sister, retired trial director Ellen Nieslanik were invited to perform a sheep herding demonstration at the Snowmass Night Rodeos. They performed similar demonstrations at the Mesa County Fair, Garfield County Fair, Silt Hey Days and the Rio Blanco County Fair. You will not want to miss the real thing, the 25th anniversary of the Meeker Classic Sheepdog Trials, Sept. 7-11, 2011.
