Slide Show: Officials practice emergency response for County Road 5 accident

RBC — On Thursday, May 7, Rio Blanco Emergency Manager John Hutchins invited law enforcement, EMS and Fire from Rio Blanco County and neighboring counties, as well as representatives of industry.
A group of about 60 people conducted a table top exercise at the Piceance Rock School to be prepared for a fictitious bus accident on County Road 5 with 25 injured persons. Participants felt it was very good to get together and train for such an event.
