RANGELY — The Colorado Division of Wildlife is seeking information about a poaching incident on County Road 116, south of Rangely.

Restrooms closed after Meeker City Park targeted by vandals

MEEKER — Public Works Superintendent Russell Overton told Meeker’s Board of Trustees that the public restrooms at City Park have been closed after fires were intentionally set in both restrooms Jan. 25.

Cows shot on Oldland Brothers Ranch

RBC — Two cows belonging to Oldland Brothers Ranch were shot this month while being herded on County Road 5 and another one was hit by a vehicle.

Charges filed against Shelly Flannery

MEEKER — Charges were filed last week in Rio Blanco County against Shelly Flannery, the former treasurer for the Rio Blanco County Historical Society. “There were two counts filed,” said Anthony Mazzola, 9th Judicial District investigator.
