RANGELY | It was a tough closing weekend for the lady Panthers. Between Friday and Saturday they went 0-4, dropping matches to Hayden, Hotchkiss, Plateau Valley and Caprock Academy. There were some close sets in those matches but the Panthers just could not pull it together to get the wins.
The coaches would like to thank all the young ladies for working so hard this season and also the parents and community for all their support. We wish to send a special shout out to sophomore Chloe Goshe and freshman Kiley Goshe for all they did for the team this year. Watching them grow and develop as players this season makes us extremely sad they are moving. We know they will be a huge asset to any team they choose to be a part of. We wish them luck in the future and will be watching to see their names in state statistic listings. We look forward to next year.
