MEEKER | The Meeker Sportsman’s Club hosted its annual Freedom 3D Shoot on July 5, drawing nearly 60 archers from across western Colorado. More than $1,200 in prize money was awarded during the event, with winners’ checks expected to be mailed this week.
Adam Johnson won the second round of competition, while Ben Arnold claimed the final round. No winner was recorded in the opening round.
Club officials thanked the event’s sponsors, whose support helps provide prizes, increased payouts and championship buckles awarded at the end of the tournament series. Sponsorship opportunities remain available for the August tournament. Those interested in supporting the series can contact the Meeker Sportsman’s Club for more information.
