Young named senior vice president

MEEKER I Todd Young, formerly bank manager of the First National Bank of the Rockies – Meeker office, has been named senior vice president of retail banking. In this new position Young manages the FNBR bank managers at all 10 locations across western Colorado. In addition Young oversees the retail banking operations for FNBR.
