The Meeker Beavers 8-10 baseball team ended their season as the Colorado River Valley Little League champions after winning the league tournament held in Rifle Friday and Saturday. The Beavers had to beat a Silt team twice, including once in the championship, with only eight players, to win the league title in the double-elimination tournament.
