MEEKER I Meeker High School is excited to recognize the first recipients of the Cowboy Up award. This award was created by the Class of 2020. We honor people, past and present, who have displayed an extraordinary commitment to, or support of, Meeker High School. Honorees can be from any time in the history of Meeker High School. Honorees should be of high moral character and good role models for students. Each year, the senior class will vote on one inductee. The Class of 2020, as founders of this award, inducted three members.
On Thursday, Jan. 27, 2022, at halftime of the Meeker/Rangely varsity boys basketball game (around 8 p.m.), we will honor the following recipients:
• Dale Frisby – Class of 2020
• Bobby Gutierrez – Class of 2020
• Dale Dunbar – Class of 2020
• Ed Coryell – Class of 2021
