Two MHS golfers qualify for state competition

Meeker High School seniors Will Schwartz and Monty Franklin both qualified for the 2024 Colorado State Golf Championships next week in Golden. Schwartz, Franklin, along with teammates Alejandro Garcia and freshman Bryson Elam from Rangely, competed in the state-qualifying regional golf tournament held Monday at Devil’s Thumb Golf Course in Delta.
