ERBM youth girls basketball recreational league results

MEEKER | Saturday, Nov. 17 ERBM hosted Youth Girls Basketball games at the MHS gym. This recreational league is a part of the Colorado River Basketball League that includes participating teams from New Castle, Parachute, Silt, Rifle and DeBeque. Results from the Nov. 17 games are as follows:

3rd/4th Grade

9 a.m. – Meeker: 18    Rifle 1: 8

11 a.m. – Meeker: 22  Parachute 1: 0

5th/6th Grade

9 a.m. – Meeker 1: 34    Rifle 1: 8

10 a.m. – Meeker 2: 30  Parachute 1: 8

11 a.m. – Meeker 1: 22  Silt: 24

12 p.m. – Meeker 2: 24  Rifle 2: 8 

Third and fourth grade games will conclude this Saturday, Dec. 1. Fifth and sixth grades will compete in a single elimination tournament scheduled for Dec. 6-8. Currently, both Meeker teams are undefeated and are number one and two in the standings.

3rd/4th Grade team: Kayla Castillo, Avarie Caulfield, Skylar Grimes, Berkli Harvey, Julie Kracht, Malorie Morrow, Lauryn Shults and Kailynn Watson. Coached by Kendra Duerr.

5th/6th Grade teams

Meeker 1: Emma Bauer, Graycee Cravens, Ella Dunn, Jacey Follman, Addison Knowles, Shailee Rundberg, Lissbeth Sanchez, Adison Selle, Rhiwan Williams and Leah Wood. Coached by Tom Knowles, Holly Knowles and Angie Follman.

Meeker 2: Emma Buckler, Reese Clatterbaugh, Katelyn Dewey, Hayden Garcia, Taylor Garcia, Birdie McCaffrey, Charlie Rogers, Aimee Shults, Rylee Sullivan and Naomy Villalpondo. Coached by Natosha Clatterbaugh and Jamie Rogers.
