Highway 13 construction update

RBC |Work on Hwy. 13 continues in two work zones, north and south of Rio Blanco County Road 5. One difference in this week’s schedule is a noon completion of work on Friday, prior to the Labor Day weekend. Work resumes Tuesday morning.
