Rangely fishing derby set for June 7
RANGELY — The Rio Blanco Water Conservancy District, Rio Blanco Metropolitan Parks and Recreation District and Colorado Division of Wildlife, in conjunction with the State of Colorado Free Fishing Weekend, have scheduled the annual fishing derby for Saturday, June 7.

RANGELY — The Udderly Cool Goat club met Thursday, May 8 at the extension office after planting trees at the community pens. There are many upcoming events for the club that included the feeder show on May 10, our community service projects and a fun trip later in the year.

Cowboys place in top 5 at regional track meet
MEEKER — The Cowboy track teams competed in a field of 20 2A Western Slope teams last Saturday in the regional track meet at Stoker Stadium in Grand Junction.
