Federal civil suit filed against Meeker Housing Authority
Meeker I A federal civil suit was filed in U.S. District Court in Denver on Tuesday against the Meeker Housing Authority (MHA). Three disabled residents of a subsidized housing complex in Meeker claim recently changed MHA rules prohibiting companion service animals are a violation of their civil rights.
