Brandan Justin Kracht was an amazing son, brother, father and friend. He was an extremely caring and loving person.He had a laugh and always a smile on his face that was very contagious. He was always there to help anyone in need without a second thought.

MEEKER I On May 20, Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) maintenance crews reported the failure of a downhill Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) retaining wall on southbound State Highway 13 at mile marker 29, causing the roadway to sag up to five feet in the area adjacent to the wall.
