2020 graduates receive $5,000 in scholarships
RBC | The Western Colorado Community Foundation (WCCF) has committed $5,000 in scholarship awards to support two Rio Blanco County students as they attend four-year universities or vocational training. Dinwiddie earns pilot’s licenses
