Students and families led a parade around Pinyon Circle in Rangely on April 29 to honor RE-4 paraeducator Patsy Wanstedt. Taking shape…

Construction work continues at Meeker High School, with demolition of certain parts of the building happening this week, and new architectural “bone structure” taking shape in other areas, especially over the new entrance (picture). Workers are taking all necessary precautions due to COVID-19.

Edward Thompson sworn in as new Meeker Police chief

Chief Edward Thompson takes over for former chief Phil Stubblefield, who was set to retire at the beginning of April but stayed on an extra month due to current events.
