LDS Grads…

Congratulations goes out to these two remarkable senior girls from Rangely, Chloe Filfred and Dillya Wagner. On Saturday, May 16 they will receive graduation certificates from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Seminary Program. Due to COVID-19, the graduation ceremony will be over a Zoom meeting with graduates from Meeker and Granby online. To qualify for the graduation certificate the students attended the church seminary program for the four years of high school. The amazing thing is the students meet for the class early morning starting as early as 6:20 a.m. It takes a lot of dedication to get up and attend the class each school morning along with all their other school activities. In the four years they have studied the New and Old Testaments, church history and the Book of Mormon—Another Testament of Jesus Christ. We wish them the best of luck as they move on to attending college.
