When the Rangely High School Class of 2011 graduates next month, two long-time Rangely educators will commence their retirement. Jeff Miller and Mary Lansing have been teachers or administrators for a combined 61 years.

CNCC hosts science and engineering fair April 8
The 10th annual Colorado Northwestern Community College Science and Engineering Fair was held on April 20. One hundred twenty students from neighboring schools attended this year’s fair. Students competed in different age brackets and the following categories: life science, physical science and engineering.

MHS Drama Club to perform “Grease — The Musical”
The Meeker High School Drama Club is gearing up to perform “Grease — The Musical” this Friday and Saturday, April 22 and 23, at 7 p.m. in the MHS auditorium. The directors are certain that it will be well worth the $7 ticket price to watch this show.
DI team qualifies for nationals
The Destination Imagination team of Six Brains are Better Than One, finished second at the state competition and will now represent Meeker Elementary School at the International Global Finals, in Knoxville, Tenn.
