There are only four senior students/athletes on the Rangely High School wrestling team this season, so the team leadership roles will fall on seniors Chance Sheppard, Jessy Powell, Kiki Ruiz and Caleb Lawson, who will lead the Panthers as they hit the mat this season.

Carl Gene Mason of Rangely, Colo., passed away on Monday, Nov. 16, 2015, in Vernal, Utah. He was born on July 7, 1942, in Walsenburg, Colo., to Audry Huff and Earl Mason.
