Dear Editor: Bigger and better every year has been the trend for Septemberfest. This event is the largest community event held in Rangely and could never be pulled off without all the help and volunteering that you see from our community members.

Rangely Town Council approves draft budget
RANGELY I The Rangely Town Council met Tuesday for both a work session and regular meeting to discuss and vote on a draft 2016 budget and listen to several departmental updates.
Panthers lose 42-28 in Soroco, on to Norwood
RANGELY I The Panther football team lost a league contest to the Rams from South Routt County (Soroco) 42-28 in Oak Creek last Friday and they will play on the road again this Friday in Norwood, in another conference game.
