RANGELY I In the upcoming November election, Rangely voters will be tasked with filling three seats on the Rangely School Board. The current incumbents to those positions, Leslie Nielsen, Kurt Douglas and Joyce Key are each seeking re-election, and there will be one challenger, Rangely Conoco owner Bart Nielsen.

Rangely School Board OKs testing schedule; students take field trip
RANGELY | The Rangely School Board met Aug. 15 to update a few policies. including a tense discussion and vote regarding policies on student testing as well as to hear updates on the start of the school year from local principals and superintendent.
Homecoming week to begin on Monday for Rangely High students
RANGELY I Rangely High School is quickly gearing up for its 2015 Homecoming celebration. Beginning Monday, the Panthers will begin the many traditional Homecoming activities including the football team taking on the Hayden Tigers. RSD will seek $430,000 mill levy override in November election
RANGELY I In the coming November election Rangely voters will be deciding the future level of school funding for the Rangely School District. In August the school board, at the request of Superintendent Matt Scoggins, voted 4-1 to push a mill levy override ballot initiative.
