RHS volleyball wins one, drops one
RANGELY I The Rangely High School girls’ volleyball team showed great improvement this past week, beating Plateau Valley in three games, a match that took them five games to win earlier in the year. The team also played an extremely exciting game three with Cedaredge on Saturday.

Rangely Council looks at road work and memorial
RANGELY I The Rangely Town Council met for a quick meeting Sept. 23 to discuss several ongoing and upcoming projects ranging from road repairs to the new Veterans Memorial and fire suppression systems.
WRBM weight room open; pool repaired
RANGELY I Employees used a five-day Western Rio Blanco Metropolitan (WRBM) Recreation Center closure last month to complete pool repairs and prepare the building’s new addition, a 1,600-square-foot weight room, for opening.
CNCC women’s softball 3-3 on road
RBC I After four days and more than a thousand miles traveled, the Lady Spartans softball team is back on campus. It was a long travel weekend, but worth the drive, having split their games. The Lady Spartans were .500 on the weekend.
