RHS volleyball wins one, drops one
RANGELY I The Rangely High School girls’ volleyball team showed great improvement this past week, beating Plateau Valley in three games, a match that took them five games to win earlier in the year. The team also played an extremely exciting game three with Cedaredge on Saturday.

WRBM weight room open; pool repaired
RANGELY I Employees used a five-day Western Rio Blanco Metropolitan (WRBM) Recreation Center closure last month to complete pool repairs and prepare the building’s new addition, a 1,600-square-foot weight room, for opening.

RBC I After four days and more than a thousand miles traveled, the Lady Spartans softball team is back on campus. It was a long travel weekend, but worth the drive, having split their games. The Lady Spartans were .500 on the weekend.

Major progress is made as TANK takes new form
RANGELY I In September, the Friends of The TANK, Inc. took additional steps to turn the old water tank west of Rangely into a Center for Sonic Arts to be used for performance, recording and education.
