Kelton Berry Lee, 55, of Vernal, Utah, passed away on Oct. 27, 2011, at the University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born Jan. 17, 1956, in Vernal, Utah, to George Wilson and Mona Rae Hislop Lee.
