WRBM proposes to service school district’s sports
RANGELY I The Western Rio Blanco Metropolitan Recreation and Parks District (WRBM) has proposed entering into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Rangely School District, where the WRBM would expand its services to take over primary fiscal responsibility for all of the school district’s athletics and extracurricular activities.

Todd Wesley Offerle Oct. 26, 1955 ~ Jan. 9, 2011 Todd Wesley Offerle, 55, of Bloomfield passed away Sunday, Jan. 9, 2011 at San Juan Regional. He had an infection that went to his heart. He was born in Meeker, Colo. Oct. 26, 1955, to Bob and Vonnie Offerle.
