Elks Park to undergo remodel
RANGELY I This spring the Western Rio Blanco Recreation Center is planning on remodeling the Elks Park in Rangely. A bond passed in 2008 put into place the remodeling of the Recreation Center, as well as a new playground at Elks Park and improvements at the Columbine Golf Course.
